Major Investment in Kismet Primary in State Budget
It is with great excitement and immense pride that I am able to share the following news.
Following dedicated advocacy and partnership over the years with Kismet Park Primary School, I am thrilled to announce that as part of our Allan Labor Government’s 26/ 27 budget, we will be investing over $11m into significant upgrades at Kismet Park Primary School.
Opened in 1980, Kismet Park is one of our longest standing local State Primary Schools, currently home to almost 500 students across Prep to Year 6.
This investment will see upgrades and modernisations including the construction of a new STEAM and administration facility to provide its students with a more modern, fit for purpose, learning environment.
Thank you to Kismet Park Principal Sam Carlton for your dedication and advocacy for your school and your school community. This is such an exciting step forward for your staff, students and wider Kismet Park family.
I look forward to celebrating the milestones on this exciting journey for KPPS.
